  • Description: Syngoniums are very attractive indoor plants, and look especially good planted into hanging pots where their long trailing stems can cascade down as they grow. Black Velvet might be the most unique of the lot, with very dark, very slender, very pointed leaves dramatically patterned with white.

Care Instructions

Place in a bright, indirect light area. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can cause the plant to scorch.
Water when the top inch of soil feels dry to the touch. Make sure to water the soil thoroughly and avoid overwatering.
Feed with a balanced, liquid houseplant fertilizer once every two weeks during the spring and summer months.
Keep the humidity levels slightly higher than average, humid environments. Mist the leaves occasionally to increase the humidity levels, or place a humidifier in the room.
