Return & Refund Policy

1. 30 DAY GUARANTEE ON ALL PLANTS 

We have a 30-day guarantee policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a replacement in the case of plant damage in transit. To be eligible for a replacement plant, we require pictures of the damaged plant for our own quality control purposes.  Nov-Mar you must add winter plant shipping protection to your order or it will not be covered by our 30-day guarantee. If you feel as though your location temperatures are fine (over 40 degrees), you can order without but the replacement policy will not apply if the winter plant shipping protection wasn’t added. 

2. RETURN PROCESS

To get a replacement plant, you can contact us at info@plantswagshop.com or call us at 949-607-8479. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you out a Happy, Healthy, New Plant.

3. DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary. 

4. REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds, we replace any damaged product. We have in specific circumstances issued a gift card credit.
