2. What is your guarantee policy? We offer a 30-day guarantee to ensure your plant gift arrives in perfect condition. If not, we replace it at no cost.

3. How is shipping handled? Shipping can be per item. For larger orders 10+, we can provide custom quotes for bulk shipments, please fill out this form here and include your quantity and shipping location and we will provide bulk shipping quote.

4. What customization options are available? All gifts include a custom note, a plant stake with your logo, and the option to choose between pre-potted plants or nursery pots based on your budget.
